      Welcome to arrowheads.com Shelmer. This post should be in the "What did I find " forum. Not in someone else's post.
      But you are new and we forgive you. Please read up on how to post a thread. I think what you have is a tip of a point that was broken and re-used. Natives didn't waist much and if they could make a useable point or tool out of a broken piece they did. A close, type it could be is a Hopewell. Kim from Pa.

      Looks like a motley. Not sure if they go that far north though. Anyway, it's a pretty good bet that it's late archaic. 3000 ish years old. You are out of my range though so maybe a local will chime in with a specific local type.
