Didn’t his wife pass? Seems like I remember one of his last posts seemed like he was having a hard time and rightfully so. Hope he’s ok.

I miss him . He was an awesome member here. He dropped out of site in April. Yes he did loose his dear wife back in Feb. I emailed him a couple times to no avail. I hope he is doing well. He may have gone to visit relatives in Alaska. Joe lived up there for 20 or 30 years before moving back to AL.

Let’s hope he is out on his boat . He posted he had a sail boat he had taken to safe harbor during some storms .

now; hope he’s there, maybe sailing round Sitka looking at funky blue starfish-things stuck on rocks just under surface crystal-clear water.
