That is one huge bulb of percussion.  Is it worked along the edge? can't see.   Looks like a unifacial scraper made out of a bulb of P but I can't see the work, maybe more noticeable on the left side of the first pic, it probably rolled around, too.......

I agree with Tom pretty much a large flake wi=hich shows the bulb nicely. Check the edge for fine work it might be a big scraper.
