ok...so I found these in east oregon right next to eachother...ceremonial or just fine stuff? the white one ...any idea on material? maybe quartz

  No problem. I moved to Q -and- A for you. As far as "ceremonial" goes, I would say no. They are nice finds but to be considered Ceremonial IMO they would have to be something extraordinary and never intended for normal use. That pretty much eliminates 99.9 percent of all prehistoric finds.

Nice where were they found ? Just the state will  do .I'll take a guess on types if from out west .

they were found eastern Oregon.............. southfork

First one looks like a Cascade - Elko - Northern Side Notched if I found them .
