For me to call it reused or just funky and still used I like to see some base thinning attempts, even minor chipping... I've found a lot of points that were less than perfect, especially at the base, but obviously used anyway. Real hard from a gravel bar, though...

I agree that there is no attempts of thinning the base. At this point, I'm with everybody, Heartbreaker!!
