  • Broken arrowhead converted to a scraper tool?

I recently found this in South Central Minnesota. It appears to be a broken projectile point split in half and converted into a scraper tool? Just curious if anyone has insight into this as most of what I found online was hafted arrowheads where the tip is broken and reshaped.

I also plan to post a few others I found near by that I think are "paleo end scrapers"

    Thanks

I don't see any work on this piece. I'd like to see the scrapers.

I am not an expert, perhaps you are correct. This one had a lot of what I thought was work along the right side not shown in the picture. If it is a scraper it is damaged as it was found at a location that sees automobile traffic.

What you see as work on the right side is like a feathering of the material from breakage. imhop!
