    Hello from MO. I found a box full of artifacts in my parents attic probably around a 130 pieces. Here is one I need help identifying. I'm under the impression they were found around the outskirts suburbs of St. Louis. One in the bunch is marked 166/1842 Dade County which is up near Springfield MO. I will post the 5 frames of them once I get them better organized. Hope my pictures are good. I don't mind redoing them if it will help.
    The thickness starting from the more pointed end.
    1) .272 inches
    2) middle .291
    3) base .198
    Length is 2.356 inches

    Could be something else but looks like a knife have to wait until someone from your area checks it out.

        I have hells gap as one of the possibilities from another knowledgeable person
        Agate basin and maybe a Ramey knife
        I understand these identifications are coming from pictures.
