Two Things...

Hello From Central Texas,
I’m very new to this so I’ll apologize now for asking stupid questions.
Anyway, the first rock, #1, looks like it has a little fossil on it, or not. The rock looks very old to me.
And I have no idea what #2 is if anything. Looks interesting to me tho.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

number 2 looks like an agate, I traded a person from Mississippi some rocks for these and this one has been polished
