Bison skull cap. The curved horn cores indicate its modern bison, not one of the late Pleistocene cousins that Folsom and other Paleo peoples hunted.

The rest of the "face" bones break apart pretty quickly, leaving the skull cap or brain case and eyebrow ridges.
