Interesting Unknown in my Collection...Help!

B) Alright, you smarties!! Trying to figure out this piece I have had for 14 years. I collect pottery and ceramics...but can't seem to find an origin for this one....It has a fleur de lis and what I interpret to be either "evil eyes" or maybe a bird head. Seems to be of the salt glazed variety of pottery in the early America's or maybe Spanish/French I'm just not sure.
No makers marks on the bottom. Just some stray blue glaze in places.

Nice piece. I too collect Salt Glaze and pottery but I have not seen anything quite like it. It does appear to have some age.
