NC: What kind of material is this?

Here is probably the coolest( broke) point I own. What a heartbreaker! This thing would have been something if it was whole!
I found this point about 18 years ago in a field in North Central Orange Co., NC. This was on my first hunting trip ever that my uncle "Duck" took me on that sparked the passion. So, what kind of material and point type...Savannah River? Thanks for the info in advance. HH
