  • a find from a few years back, dandy!

Went on a long hunt few years back with a good friend and hit the jack pot. I spotted this piece and covered it with my cowboy hat until he came over. I lifted it off and he seen why i was so excited, I grabbed him and gave him a big hug. My buddy said he aint never been hugged that hard before.

Kurt Nice point man. Thanks for sharing the picture and story.
Jay too much information brother. I suggest you carry some TP with you. You have shown some nice stuff from the beach. One of these days you will have a turn at something  awesome. I know this because you put a lot of time in on the hunt. Dude if you loose control and hug Doc to hard your gonna have to clean up before the insitu pictures! :rolf:

rmartin I found that point in the southern part of kentucky.  Just so ya know onewiththewild I dont make a habbit of huggin fellas, but I normally hunt by myself and dont get to share the excitement too often.  As you all surely know the rush from finding a trophy point is alot like killing a really big buck that you get to carry out in your pocket and someone else field dresses for ya.  Believe you me, when I find another point like that hunting with another person they are gettin some  paws on them too.
