    I found this blade in a creek in central Texas creek after a good rain. Nice little blade, don't you think?

            This flint can be almost coal black.

            I think it's either a Friday or Darl.
            Well made I might add.
            In nice shape for a creek find still nice and sharp with crisp edging.
            Need to get back out there and find where it washed out.

                Thanks everybody. Yes, I think it's Edwards chert. It was point down in 2-3 inches of water when I pulled it out by the base. Was NOT expecting that fine of a blade. Can't have been in the water too long.
