  • Cold Windy Day

Haven't gone out in a few weeks so i decided to brave the cold windy weather and take a walk.  My face is still burning and my eyes are still watering from being sandblasted by the sand be blown around by the 30+ mph gusts.  I did find 2 points before I cried uncle.  The small one is very worn but I believe it is a wading river.  The larger one, actually the largest I have ever found, I have not been able to ID

    yet

You did better than I did today,  and you found some nice points.  Figured you were from the east coast

how goes! welcome from R.I., the big one looks like a brewerton corner notched to me, and the little one might be either a old worn orient fishtail or maybe a lamoka ?

OneWith- Thanks for that link.   That point differs a lot from other BCN that I have found that I was unsure but that link takes any doubt away.   This point almost immediately became one of my favorite finds just because of the size, and after I cleaned the mud off of it I liked it even more because of the bright white quartz.  So many of my finds have been like that other warn point I found today that it is once to find something so different with a little more character.
