It is a super great uniface end scraper. They are usually found on sites that produce Paleo and Trans Paleo points and sometimes very Early Archaic sites. It is likely a 10,000 year or older artifact.

Thanks for your opinion. This piece always intrigued me. Found a long time ago. I seen a chunk of this material a few weeks ago and it got me to thinking about it again so had to dig it out and get some pictures.
