I have to give props to my old friend, Utilized Flake. Once upon a time, in my youth, with limited elementary lithic tool understanding, I would have picked this “rock” up, flipped it over, and tossed it. Or maybe not even have bothered to pick it up at all. Everything deserves a closer look. Found on family hike. HOT!!
