ID:	704588Top picture shows whole and broken plummets. The breaks appear to be old like they had hard use. On the bottom row in the top pic, the next to the last is a broken hematite one and the last is limonite and it was drilled, not grooved. The second picture shows 2 that were started but the grooves were not completed.

      Until the levee was built on the Mississippi River this area flooded every time y’all thawed out up there. When it receded it left water in every low spot. According to the Fisk maps the river changed course often and ran wherever it pleased, from the hills to over in Arkansas. Cypress brakes, oxbow lakes, and small rivers are everywhere.
      I’m sure if they had ‘em you’ll find ‘em.

      Nice to find them. I haven’t found any yet in my area. I’m thinking they weren’t used here.
