    I found this serrated bird point today out surface hunting. Just thought I would share it with you guys here.

          Agreed. It predates birdpoints by a few thousand years! Nice.

          Not knowing specific types very well I just called this a bird point because its pretty small...anyways how old are palmer points? Archaic era?

            Palmer points are early Archaic, 10,000+ years old. It is thought that they 'evolved' from Hardaway side-notched points. Personally I think they have more in common with Taylor points.
