W.I. Pottery from site 8-P162, pinellas co. Florida....No.1 is a stamped feather bone design, This sherd is from a Woodland cylinder shaped vessel ...Pic.2-3 is a W.I. red shallow vessel...The pieces of two separate ones were recovered, I restored one and it’s in a private collection, this one has other pieces but these pans are24” diameter, ( one was enough ) 3 is well, you know...4 is a Deptford check stamped example, there’s a bunch of different names for different size checks, St. Johns, Cartersville up in Georgia, etc. but these posts are about the general idea, I have no interest in splitting hairs...5 is an assortment of Woodland pieces, those are interesting little punctuations on center piece, what tool made that?, bott is the tail from a effigy bowl.
