Spearhead or something?
Is definitely finely serrated on one side, if not both. Don't think it shows well in the photo, however. About 3 inches long.

I am very sry but that is not an artifact
I can see where some one starting out might mistake that for one though

Definitely no artifact. Hopefully you'll keep researching. Many resources that can help you identify artifacts both online and book form.
