ID:	378634 we were out all day today went to 2 creeks. First was a bust for artifacts except something he found and I forgot to ask if I could post it but I’m guessing it’s something Rusty would drool over. Then we got done early and he talked me into going to another creek. Sorry rascal didn’t tell me there was so many downed trees. We had to limbo under them while in the yaks. Idk if you guys have ever tried to do that but it’s a tight fit going under trees while laying in the yak. Anyway finally after doing that about 6 times we landed on a nice gravel bar. We both found pottery and flake knives and material. He found a Dalton and I found a Morrow Mountain. I also found a little knife and a broken black and white point. I found a couple of scrapers to. But hey what a nice Dalton he found I have to admit I was a little jealous. All north Georgia surface finds, peace

Thanks Hoss and Glenn👍. This hub is very large so it must be a big wagon! Will clean it up.

I see it on the metal section that’s cool you noticed that. There’s a lot of history in this area we live in

I’m heavier than him so I told Aqua if he wanted it to put it in his yak he padded that thing through some rapids a couple of times but made it

It was a long fun day we don’t get to hunt together often so we made it turn out good 7 hours later

Thanks Dalton and Dalton time frame artifacts are just as rare as Paleo around here wagon wheels I have found but never a hub of one. I know where I can go get a wheel right now. Owners might want it though might rescue it for them

Here’s a pic of the Dalton found yesterday and a soapstone Gorget fragment found at the same site a few months ago. I had found a Quad made from the same flint several years ago at a different creek. Can anyone identify the flint type? Thanks.

The round base MM saved my day I thought I wasn’t going to find a point. I probably would of never heard the end of it after he found that nice one
