    Hello all.....found this today...saved it from being covered up and a house being built on top of it....found in a subdivision being developed.....nw tn find....looks like it is Adena but this is a small point...maybe started as Adena and been reworked over time...any other thoughts? Included in situ and also another nice piece of flint included that looks worked...possible broke adze...maybe?? Click image for larger version

      Looks to me like it was not finished to final form. The basal end does have an Adena look about it. HST, can't be sure what type it is or may have been. Good eye. Keep on looking.

                  And with that being a job site I would be walking all the piles and areas around it . I always say there will be lots to find
                  in a 1000 years when the walls come crumbling down .
