I see that little thinning/fluting platform poking out there.
If you look at the piece sideways or down the barrel from the base, is it it above/below the center plane of the biface? Or evenly centered between both faces.Hong Kong, but from Indiana/Florida

It seems to be a paleo rectangle, two kinds, uniface and flaked both sides. Usually have one or moreTelltale graver Spurs that separates em from Archaic pieces,.They also usually have three to four different working edges, regular, shallow steep,,A regular Swiss Army knife ...pointer shows spurs ,...yours probably has one...These were found on a Paleo kill site in a north Florida river.yours looks to be museum grade.Floridaboy.
