Expanded notched point for Hal

Hal here is the E notched Bolen i was talking about. I restored it and about half way down to tip you can see the flaking pattern change the point is part that is restored.

Maybe you can see it cuss your focused on where the small imperfections are, but as a viewer , I can’t, that Bolen is nicely restored to its former glory, way to go’n show.

Amazing restoration! Did you knapp a point tip for it and putty them together? What ever you did, it looks great.

No i restored it with a two part epoxy that you kneed and apply to point and before it hardens i shape it with a hobby knife. Then when cured all way if it needs any more touch up i do it then match color to rest of point.
