Was scouting some new hunting grounds in Kentucky with my buddy last week and walked up on some killers. All the creeks were covered with foot tracks except for the gnarliest looking ones. Wading thru quicksand (thigh-high!!), belly button deep (coldπ₯Ά) water, climbing thru root wads and downed trees for countless miles paid off in the form of a handful of early Archaic points. Among them were three smokinβ pine trees. These 9,000 year old relics have become my favorite style. I now have three sites mapped out from Missouri to Tennessee. Every time i re-visit these sites, there is a pine washed out waiting for me to pick it up. Iβm up to 8 points in a rowβ¦. Hopefully Iβll get another 8 points before my streak ends!
