The weather was perfect for a quick trip out to the great basin . One of my sons went with me to keep a eye on the old man . Its not wise to travel alone He was rock collecting . Icy cold on the summit of the sierras and lined shirt weather with a slight breeze out on the high desert . I found a Northern Side Notched 9000 - 3000 B P  point that is so worked down It looked like a pollywog . The other point had slight shoulders and was on the thick side also reworked maybe a windust or Humboldt - Triangular 7000 - 5000 B P A few other brokes and a busted paint pot / Bowl made of red volcanic rock .
