:dunno: This pottery has been in the family a long time. Any thoughts as to what is or place of creation? Thanks JM

They look like old Chinese pots, perhaps. It is hard to see much in the pics, but is the first painted or something? And the rim of the second one has paint? They do not appear to be old Indian pots in style, but could also be modern artwork similar to the Chinese style.

I agree with Cliff, at least his statement of not being Native American. As far as their origin, I don't have a clue.

Thanks for looking. I've got several African items, could possibly part of the collection just not sure. Wish I knew of some African collectors, got a few items I'd like to part with...hope both of you that replied have a good evening....mooreboy1969
