Graver flake?

I don't own this item but am posting it for someone that wanted to know if it is a graver flake? Thoughts? If so-what era? It is one inch wide.

It could be? :dunno:  :dunno: either way no way to tell period of time, unless other artifacts have been found to place it in context.
