It is 1.25". It has the flower design on both sides made of stone. We also found several broken arrowheads in the same area.

This appears to be pottery, not stone. And it surely resembles a Pre-Columbian pottery bead. Where was this found?

It was found in West Tennessee off the Mississippi River.

In that case, it's probably a Mississippian period pottery bead.
