  • What is it?

    Just wondering what this might be, I posted pictures in My Photos in Album Nov.30,2010.
    It measures 1 1/2" long. :dry:

    That looks like a nice scraper made of maybe clear chalcedony or agate?? That is some nice flaking on the left side.

            I am guessing that it is the single photo of the scraper laying sideways? You are already one upping me by getting a photo to post, I spent close to 2 hours trying to post my summer frame before I finally got it to work. Yea that is a great looking scraper. I love finding arrowheads but I get just as excited finding scrapers, especially those with gravers attached. I have some scrapers outta flintridge gem material of which I am real happy with. Great find though!

                You need to use ONLY the link itself. You are taking the link from the image preview that the website uses, but that is php coded and will not work. You need to find the link to the actual image (if you view the source (browser menu: View -> Source) and search for "originalUrl" - it will give you this text, which is the base URL that you should use - this is the first image URL text:

                http: //arrowheads.com/images/originalphotos/812/215/93486ae76e8bcaf28b13a60d.jpg not found

                (I added a space after "http:" so you could see the link text)
