Possible artifact or flake? New hunting spot

hey guys was out along the swatara creek in Pa again found a decent new spot I’ve never seen before downstream a couple 100 yards from my normal hunting location. Anyway hoping that maybe I found something was only searching for about an hour before the sun started to set. Thanks in advanced for any insight! You guys are much appreciated

That flake? does not appear to be a lithic material. Looks more like a rock . The round thing is cool but might be natural. Can you get some photos inside the hole please?

This is the best I could do one side looks real edgy like it was natural but the other side looks smooth with almost screw like edges cut into
