          Entire rock is approximately 18 inches by 7 ish. Not sure how deep. 4 inches minimum.

        No matter the size bring it home..but mark the spot and look around for any more..It appears to be a Mississippian culture carving..I believe that area has a story, get on it..👍👍👍👍

            Well after saying the park response billy it went from Hero to Zero for me. Best thing you can do now is go to the main office and ask for a Ranger and take him or her to the location unless they don’t care if you take it home but definitely ask

                    I'd turn it over so no one else sees it before you get permission to remove it. Sounds like just a chance piece in a pile of other rocks, might have been dumped there with others to prevent erosion of the bend. Might of came from an area far from its place now.

                      Meeting the park director there tomorrow. I did cover it with rocks. Its probably 50 lbs or more and has to be dug out... No turning it over.
