I found this point today in an unplowed bean field at first I thought it could be a fish spear but after some research I am thinking it might be a Cresap stemmed any thoughts?

Nice basal picks Rubble, thank you. Cresap points slightly pre-date Adena and typically the sides of the base are ground. Shoulders, which are always slight, and can be at 90 degrees to the stem or upward sloping, however, re-sharpening can sometimes eliminate them (in your case). The flaking on the blade is random. Hope this info helps.
