clovis or dalton?

can anyone help identify this point, found in arkansas, large flute on one side and the other side is smaller fluting, it has diagonal flaking. Just wish it was whole. We found another broke clovis not to far from this one but it was larger and wider.

Awful rough. Could have been might have been, but picked up by a latter culture and reworked? Looks like it.
