I get these quite often also. I think it may be why some double post.

Yes, there is an unresolved glitch that is being worked on. Usually, you'll find that your post has actually uploaded (if you navigate away from that section and then come back to it).

Some members are hitting the "Post" button a second time out of frustration, but we would ask that they refrain from doing this since it results in the post being loaded a second time.
