Same two beaches with slightly different results.

As the title says I went back to the same two beaches.
Here is an abridged look at the results of both together.
This time after a hosing down. The lead didn't need tumbling this time. Although, the rest of it did. 90% of the brass and copper came from the first beach.
As did all of these. Tide and time wait for no man.
So as the tide rolled in it was time to head back to penny beach.

Penny beach feeds me in the most primal of ways.

It feeds my sole to see the babies growing day by day. It even fills my belly. It feeds the gas guzzler a little every time.

And I do mean little.
Check these out.
This puts new meaning to the term "one thin dime"? The penny was added to show that they also suffer the ravages of the saltwater.
How much you ask.
This is a comparison of 10 regular pennies to 10 beach pennies.
And most importantly Penny beach feeds my need to find things.
No silver or gold this trip.
But I think that this is just as good.
And considering how bad most pennies look this is pretty decent.
At one point I was working near to where Jamie found his two part "flat" button.
When I got a signal and I swear that I was chanting Please let this be a button, please let this be a button.
And by golly it was. And not two minutes later out popped this little flat button.

And with three nice buttons for the day I am a very happy camper.
The Police Force button is not pristine in any sense of the word. Since it is all still there though, I am tickled pink with it.
