Good gravy, you are just professional with that flaking!

Is it essential to have a hand pad with a channel through it, or will any hand pad work for that?

I use a pad of my own design Made from bailer belt the rubber is kind of tacky and the kevlar fibers make it tough.Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_5291.JPG Views:	1 Size:	86.4 KB ID:	385176 Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_5293.JPG Views:	1 Size:	82.0 KB ID:	385177 Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_5290.JPG Views:	1 Size:	131.0 KB ID:	385178 Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_5292.JPG Views:	1 Size:	130.6 KB ID:	385179

Hey Bret, Great work on beautiful material. I like the basal thinning flake too. Good choice of material for a strong palm pad.

Is that 4 layer pad for driving long flakes across the point or for final edge trimming. Thank you. Super work on wow material.
