    This type is an Northeastern Clovis. Made from Petrified Mud. So I heat treated it to see if I could bring out the iron and cause some red color. Instead as you can see it turned black. Interesting isn't it. K

      No I just use the top burner (electric) on low setting. These are so thin it doesn't take long to dry out the stone.
