So there are cats , and cat menkies . This one is sort of like a dog. Anyway, he gathers trash on my place , brings it to the porch , and trades for food. I suspect that at times , he goes off premises to gather trash. Once bringing a 10 ‘ long strip of new pipe insulation for trade, with the blue ribbon still attached. Anyway after I feed him, he likes to nap awhile. I don’t mind but I’m not a fan of cat hair around the house, or on furniture. Sooooooo...... See link. https://youtu.be/Ws623duPSaY

Cool, I doubt anyone is a fan of cat hair. We only have 4 cats now. Hair is just something we deal with. Actually just ordered a Dyson so I have one upstairs and one in basement. Cats aren't allowed in basement. Just petting this one is a hair nightmare, but imagine this one(more on the arm of chair) another between my feet, one on my lap and one on my shoulder. It happens.

I've been allergic to cat hair all my life....though never had a cat. If I stayed overnight at someone's house I'd have to shower and wrap up in a fresh sheet or I'd be itching all night. Fast forward to 5 years ago... a young male stray was around the neighborhood and I felt bad for him... left garage open on "cold" nights and put a few treats out.. Sardines! Gradually we became friends and I would pick him up at night, bring him in, then let him out when he wanted to LIKE 4AM!! For a few months. Finally we took him prisoner inside for good. My eyes will itch bad if I pet him and do not wash my hands before rubbing my eyes.. but he sleeps on the bed with us hahahah and he has complete roam over the house and I don't have the itch much anymore I'm sure from the exposure over time. I wish that would work for poison ivy, mangoes and scallops hahahaha!

Sorry for hijacked thread. I got up when whitey got up. Sat back down for football and bel-bel jumped up first. Whitey in upper left drinking.
I'll try to be cautious here, but my dad told me "another name for cat or a precursor to cat" was expensive I don't think he meant this.1 PhotoMissouri
