    We have a tradition here, among the horse-folk. When your steed goes to The Big Pasture, a bracelet is made from a snippet of hair, usually from his/her tail. I’ve seen crude ones, but first horse friend kids gave her these for Christmas:

    Fine, huh?! Cordabesa beautiful Andalusian show mare, died last year. Kids took tail hair to silversmith, and presented Pam with these. ….not crude, one bit…
