He/she is around house every yr. I was walking the hummingbird and letting her feed on the honeysuckle and Bluejays making a racket. Im looking for an owl or hawk to fly when I spotted the snake.

I walk and put a finger a little higher and in front of her so she has to try to fly to it. She uses her beak some times to help her up.

No other bird can fly like a hummingbird. I've been dive-bombed a time or two when I got too close to a nest.

I have never found a nest. On the low side we have 100 hummingbirds visit r feeders. We have been putting them up for more than 20 yrs.
I havent been able to save one that u can tell isn't going to make it while it just sits there on the feeder. I've tried. This one we call humms is doing well. I take it to the honeysuckle, but I need to spray the ticks and chiggers are horrible 😫. I stay just outside the wooded area or long grass that didn't work.

Today has been a week and she is doing well. Can't fly and seems scared at times, but we walk and exercise 6 or 7 times a day
