Found hollowed out by ants.

Re-assembled and preserved.

Not yet, If preserved properly it will retain most of it's colors.
A light coating of clear spray enamel (not eurethane )and keep it in Bell cover.
It is a "Rock" when it's on the ground.
It is a "Specimen" when picked up and taken home.
