My son was doing some "walk digging" as he calls it.. basically walking through the dirt already dug. We had a rain and it brought this to the Walk Digger...a beautiful scraper. Beautiful lithic.. i found a little point also, but in the garden. I think KRF. Middle of montana.

Hi Chad, Still finding some great tools! Not KRF, but an exceptional quality chalcedony or agate. Nice end scraper. If they used that material for tools, sooner or later you will find a nice point made from it! Go get em!!!

Hey Chad, That teardrop end-scraper is awesome. I like the point too but the scraper has a WOW factor. That lithic material (Probably Chalcedony) reminds me of what Jay is finding in Rhode Island.Michigan Yooper

I think the little point is chalcedony also. Being thick retards the light shining through. And being thick means the piece they were working on wasn't very large, so it could be from a cobble. Possibly a glacial cobble found along the creek somewhere.
