Rained here a lot yesterday and today. So this evening, I rode around the field I want to hunt later this week, well because I'm impatient and wanted to see if any quartz was shining , and saw a Guilford. I had on flip flops but decided to go in anyway to get the point but as soon as I stepped in I saw this piece. I stood over this piece for 5 minutes thinking please be whole. It's almost whole. Taylor I guess because it has a wicked twist. I love these random finds! It's rhyolite.

So... did you pick- up the guilford?

WTG, Josie. Important point for the collection. I know that impatient feeling when you have your eye on a site. Can't resist having a quick look.California

I don't wear flip flops but sometimes wear sandals with the velcro straps. That's a excellent find, those could be your lucky flip flops.🐜 🎤 SW Georgia

Mike, it's really twisted. I'll take another pic this afternoon. If it weren't for the twist, I would have called it Hardaway. I found it in the same area I found a small quartz Taylor. I think you have posted some Taylors in the past. Don't they all have a significant twist?

It might be a Bolen Bevel, I could be wrong but that was my 1st guess seeing it

Very nice point and story Josie. It's been raining here all day and the day before. I can hear and smell the Artifacts popping out. KimKnowledge is about how and where to find more Knowledge. Snyder County Pa.
