I agree with others not a clovis......Very water worn it seems even tho I have found many on rivers and creeks I have never found one so worn. I have seen a few that was worn some. My best guess would be that its made out of some material that does not chip well. Not to say what material yours is made of but quartz points along with some more lithics show this kind of chipping more than cherts. JMO but I have my doubts that its a Dalton....looks like some kind of lanceolate blade
