Best find of my life, help with ID please

Went back where I found it. Some old fire pit rocks there. Its on an old floodplain. It rained further upstream and washed it into some rocks. Found flawless notched cobble net weight and another bead as well as a point there yesterday. Gonna have to keep an eye on the spot it's a catch area for stuff washing out upstream.
Thanks for the ID guys. Helps knowing what it is and getting a bit of history on it.
