Late to the party but really enjoying this thread! I also love tools, especially quartz tools, and have dragged home at least a hundred of them - small flake tools, scrapers, etc. Here are a few recent finds.

Yes! I love that one too. The tip on the awl is broke but still a very nice tool. It's hard to see the amazing flaking via a photo but in person, these tools are really well made.

Nice assortment. What's the bottom left one in your opinion? I found 2 one day in the same spot one quartz and one chert. Same design as yours

Hi SH, I'd guess it's a small blade for fine cutting work? You can't tell from that photo but it's got quite a curve to it. Fits very nicely between my thumb and forefingers. Maybe the maker was short like me LOL.

We're getting very little snow cover so far this winter, medicine wheel is showing nicely. Polish/ grinding, hammer, cutting tools used in campsites on my place are prolific, going back 10K+ yrs. This is why I have jars of chips ! I look under a loop later .
I find so many cool micro chipped little blades people leave behind .
I bet this was someone’s favorite with the core still on it easy to hold . Nice razor sharp on the other side .

This crazy little scraper you have all seen and I thought it was very unusual . Now to find out I have found 3-4 can’t remember so it must have been a favorite style .

Can’t find the big one but you have seen it .
This red quartzite was a favorite for hammerstones with abrader lines along the edges . Even have this one in the shape of a small hammer .
most are back in Georgia .

We find knives but I get the biggest kick out of the white one . We’re we copying the NA people .
It’s just like a steak knife .I find micro blades off of chips and blades but nothing like this crazy one like a steak knife .
I have shown it but never get tired of it broken and all .

Few dirty ones and my box of uniface scrapers, my Grand Father always told me they were just stones.. I think he may have been just trying to get under my skin. I sure miss him.
