They have been working on this for you all. If you notice the yellow tab now says Navbar-Forums it used to say FORUM. It will take some time. I am not sure why but editing that line in this forum has been giving the dev team some trouble.

I do not know if anyone has noticed but today the Navigation bar was edited. The yellow tab that says forum and the next five headings. Those five said Artifact before Dealers, Events, Stores and resources. Now that that is shortened up on the top can you see the secondary bar again in your smaller browsers? Charlie? Ron? you both mentioned the secondary nav bar was not visible while looking with smaller browsers. anyone can answer really. This was the old set up. I assume this was what you guys were seeing once they did edit that nav bar and the secondary line disappeared on you. Next picture.

This is not a fix for smaller hand held device but It should take care of issues that some users with tablets and smaller note books were having. I am still awaiting word on a workable app.
